Nice find in Flagstaff
This is good find in the Flagstaff area.
They call themselves an Italian restaurant,
but there are plenty of non-pasta dishes
for those who don't feel like pasta. First
of all, the bread was amazing. Very fresh,
soft on the inside, and slight crisp on
the outside.

Set in a restored century-old downtown historical building, Pasto seduces you the moment you pass through the archway into the dining room. Exposed brick and stone (look for an ancient burnt beam at the top of the doorway as you enter), a pressed-copper ceiling, handsome giant mirrors, distressed hardwood floors and piped-in opera set the mood. The place to sit is at one of the three tables along the front window, a few steps up from the dining room. From this perch, you can watch the pedestrian parade outside and look down on the happy crowd inside.
