Our Fall/Winter menu is available until May 1st. We have begun implementing the Spring/Summer menu changes as our suppliers begin to deliver the seasonal Spring food products. We believe that fine food starts from scratch and utilizes only the best ingredients. Nearly all our menu items are made in house. For the food which we cannot make ourselves, we carefully source our products from reputable vendors, giving the highest priority to the local agricultural community and companies who support sustainable, environmentally sound practices. Executive Chef Michael Long and owner Amanda Wilson are revising our menu to reflect the availability of seasonal fruits, vegetables and meats. We continue to expand the range and variety of house made pasta, sauces, meatballs, smoked meats, ravioli, gnocchi, terrines, sausages, gelato, Amanda's house made chocolates (bet you can't eat just one!) and other deserts in our effort to please and stimulate your palate.
