 Our Vision - Our goal is to provide our guests with the finest dining experience in northern Arizona. We have taken the beautiful physical location in historic downtown Flagstaff, revitalized the interior décor as well as our outdoor patio courtyard and now offer an authentic and contemporary Italian menu. We take great pride in our house milled grains, the pasta we make from our flour and, our houseground sausages and terrines. We combine old world flavors with modern flourish to serve wonderful cucina italiana.
Dining is an experience which combines the taste and flavor of the meals, the service, the atmosphere, the company and the wines we offer. We have given much thought to the details of the dining experience. The selection of our food products and wines, the level of service we expect from staff, the place settings and lighting, the art on the walls, the beautiful copper ceiling and hardwood floors all represent the choices we have made in creating an environment which our guests will find comfortable and personal.

Monday Nights
Pasto will be opening Monday nights for happy hour and dinner dining beginning May 26th.

On Wednesday April 16th we began serving our new seasonal menu. We will feature artisinal foods from Sunizona Farms, Black Mesa Ranch, Red Bird Farms, Garlands and Salmon Creek Farms. Please vist the menu pull down to see the new items.
Pasto's Patio Opened May 1st
We are pleased to announce the opening of our Courtyard for nightly dining, dependant on the weather, on May 1st, from 5:00PM to close. Call for reservations!
