 Our Vision - Our goal is to provide our guests with the finest dining experience in northern Arizona. We have taken the beautiful physical location in historic downtown Flagstaff, revitalized the interior décor as well as our outdoor patio courtyard and now offer an authentic and contemporary Italian menu. We taker great pride in the food we prepare from scratch, including our house made pastas, smoked meats, terrines, house ground sausages, Amanda's handmade chocolates and deserts. We combine old world flavors with modern flourish to serve wonderful cucina italiana.
Dining is an experience which combines the taste and flavor of the meals, the service, the atmosphere, the company and the wines we offer. We have given much thought to the details of the dining experience. The selection of our food products and wines, the level of service we provide, the art on the walls, the beautiful copper ceiling and hardwood floors all represent the choices we have made in creating an environment which our guests will find comfortable and personal.

Fall/Winter Menu
Our seasonal Fall/Winter Menu will be available until May 1st. We are beginning to incorporate our individual items of our Spring/Summer menu beginning April 1st. The menu may be viewed at the link below or under the Menu page.
PASTO'S Courtyard Patio remains under 4 1/2 feet of snow in places!!! However, we will open the courtyard Patio for lunch and dinner on May 15th, weather permitting
PASTO Wine Lounge is OPEN for drinks, appetizers and dining.
